From Control to Action: The Planning Principle

While LGBT+ elders have the same questions and planning needs as anyone else, our needs may be different, especially those who don't have children, or don't want the state to designate our biological families to make medical decisions for us...or those who are in long term relationships but are not married. We deserve to have our wishes respected. We will discuss

• Medicare/Medicaid
• Long Term Care planning
• Special considerations for unmarried people
• Taxes, gifting, and money concerns
• How to be sure your wishes are respected

This is an educational event. Attorney Soraya Martial-Wright and Certified Financial Planner Frank Summers will explain some of the nuances that being LGBT+ bring to planning as we age.
