New Clients

When you work with a financial planner, it’s important that you feel comfortable. When we start working together, I want to understand more about you. What plans do you have for the future? What are your dreams and goals? What concerns you? Everyone is different. Some people love taking risks and some really do not enjoy that. I’d like to know those things to prepare plans that are highly personalized to you.

You’ll have access to secure file space, so you can upload financial documents for review. You’ll be asked to provide financial documents such as statements from employer 401Ks and any other investment accounts. For prospective clients, I will do a complementary portfolio review based on the documents provided.

After you become a client, we will meet to answer any questions, make any updates and ensure everything is precisely as it should be. After that, we can meet whenever you have something you’d like to discuss. Regular account reviews are scheduled in early spring and fall.

Ongoing Client Reviews

You can expect regular, ongoing review of your accounts. Financial Planning clients are invited account reviews, which are held in early spring and fall. At least one account review is required annually. During that meeting, we will review any changes to your goals or financial situation, performance of your accounts and any account changes that you’d like to see. Even though our scheduled reviews are in early spring and fall, I review accounts monthly and may reach out to suggest changes.

As life changes, it’s natural that your goals will change, and therefore so, too, will your financial plan. Those are things that we can discuss, and I can work with you on them. If anything changes, such as your personal situation, or your comfort with the investments we have chosen, the amount of risk in your portfolio, or in the market in general, please be in touch right away. I want to discuss those things and to be sure that your plan is meeting your needs. I recommend scheduling a discussion:
